Laws § 31-10-24","heading":"Applicants excused from road test.","body":"The provisions of § 31-10-22 shall not apply in the case of an applicant who already has been granted a valid operator’s license issued by a state or federal agency which has a reciprocal agreement with the state of Rhode Island in the matter of requirements for operator’s licenses.
