Laws § 31-10-29","heading":"Duplicate certificates.","body":"In the event that an instruction permit or operator’s or chauffeur’s license issued under the provisions of this chapter is lost or destroyed, the person to whom the permit or license was issued may apply for the permit or license, and upon payment of the required fee of ten dollars ($10.00) obtain a duplicate certificate.
