Laws § 31-11-4","heading":"Seizure of license in possession of unauthorized person.","body":"The license certificate issued under chapter 10 of this title is nontransferable, and if found in the possession of any person other than the licensee may be seized immediately by any proper officer and shall be returned by the officer immediately to the division of motor vehicles.
