Laws § 31-20-3","heading":"Stop signs at dangerous railroad crossings.","body":"The state traffic commission and local authorities with the approval of the state traffic commission are authorized to designate particularly dangerous highway grade crossings of railroads and to erect stop signs at those crossings.
