Laws § 31-22-11.4","heading":"School bus drivers pre-trip inspection.","body":"Every school bus driver shall perform a daily pre-trip inspection of his or her assigned vehicle, and shall report promptly and in writing any defect or deficiencies discovered that may affect the safety of the vehicle’s operation or result in mechanical breakdown.
