Laws § 31-22-11.5","heading":"Use of school bus with suspended registration — Penalty.","body":"No registered owner, school superintendent, or driver shall use or allow to be used any school bus for transporting children after notification that the bus registration has been suspended for failure to appear for its scheduled inspection or for failure to pass the inspection.
