Laws § 31-27-18","heading":"Emergency medical services — Special assessment.","body":"The court and/or the traffic tribunal shall collect, in addition to any fine set forth in this title for a motor vehicle violation, and at the time of the assessment of the fine, an additional assessment of one dollar ($1.00) for each motor vehicle violation of this title.
