Laws § 31-44-7.2","heading":"Trailer parks located within the town of Exeter.","body":"Any agreement for the lease of a mobile home or a mobile home lot or space located within the town of Exeter and offered pursuant to the provisions of § 31-44-7, must be in writing and shall not be executed unless each term of it either shall have been completed in full or shall contain a statement that the terms may not be applicable.
