Laws § 31-7-8","heading":"Process fee as costs — Record of processes.","body":"The fee of five dollars ($5.00) paid by the plaintiff to the administrator of the division of motor vehicles, or in the administrator’s office, at the time of the service shall be taxed in the plaintiff’s costs if he or she prevails in the suit.
