Laws § 34-15-5","heading":"Joinder of reversioner or remainderman with tenant for life or years.","body":"If the tenant in reversion or remainder in fee joins with the tenant for life or years in compelling partition of any lands, tenements, or hereditaments, against the other co-tenants, the partition shall be of the whole estate, and binding on the heirs and assigns of all parties.
