Laws § 34-25.1-14","heading":"Regulations.","body":"The director of the department of business regulation shall have the authority to promulgate such regulations as shall be reasonably necessary to carry out §§ 34-25.1-10 through 34-25.1-16. The director of the department of business regulation shall also have the authority to promulgate regulations pursuant to § 34-25.1-7 with respect to unfair and deceptive trade practices.
