Laws § 36-4-14.1","heading":"Ineligibility for other incentive payments.","body":"Any person receiving an incentive pay increase increment under this chapter is ineligible to benefit from any other educational incentive program such as contained in chapter 28.1 of title 42, §§ 42-28.4-1, 42-56.1-1, and 8-4.1-1, or any other chapter relating to an educational incentive pay program.
