Laws § 36-4-56","heading":"Penalties for violations.","body":"Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or chapter 3 of this title, or of the rules established in accordance with these chapters, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or be imprisoned for not more than sixty (60) days or both.
