Laws § 39-1-25","heading":"Objection to assessments.","body":"Each company shall pay to the administrator the amount assessed against it or shall file with the commission its objections in writing setting out the grounds upon which it claims that the assessment is excessive, erroneous, unlawful, or invalid.
