Laws § 39-12-43","heading":"Severability.","body":"If any provision of this chapter, or of any rule, regulation, or order made thereunder, or the application thereof to any persons or circumstances is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this chapter, rule, regulation, or order, and the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
