Laws § 39-18-20","heading":"Use of services of department of transportation.","body":"The authority shall use the services of the department of transportation in planning, designing, and constructing transportation services or facilities to the extent that these services are provided by the department of transportation. The authority may use any other services provided by the department of transportation.
