Laws § 39-4-14","heading":"Formal investigation — Notice to utility.","body":"If, after making a summary investigation, the division becomes satisfied that sufficient grounds exist to warrant a formal hearing being ordered as to the matters so investigated, it shall furnish to the public utility interested, a statement notifying the public utility of the matters under investigation.
