Laws § 4-13-29.2","heading":"Exemption from liability.","body":"Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, neither the rabies control board, any member of the board, the state or any of the state’s subdivisions, or any person acting as their agent, is subject to civil liabilities or penalties of any type, arising out of their actions performed in the course of their duties pursuant to this chapter.
