Laws § 4-7-8","heading":"Application for license.","body":"Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation, regularly engaged in the business of buying, selling and/or transporting livestock to be sold or used for any purpose, shall annually apply to the director for a license to buy, sell and/or transport livestock to be sold or used for any purpose.
