Laws § 40-6.3-2","heading":"Disbursement of bonus.","body":"(a) The director is hereby authorized to approve a maximum bonus for each qualified recipient in the sum of three thousand dollars ($3,000). The amount shall be distributed as follows:\n(1) After the recipient completes three (3) months of continuous, full-time employment, the director shall distribute to each recipient the sum of five hundred dollars ($500);\n(2) After the recipient completes six (6) months of continuous, full-time employment, the director shall distribute to each recipient the additional sum of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750);\n(3) After the recipient completes nine (9) months of continuous, full-time employment, the director shall distribute to each recipient the additional sum of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750); and\n(4) After the recipient completes twelve (12) months of continuous, full-time employment, the director shall distribute to each recipient the additional sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000).\n(b) In the event any recipient becomes unemployed at any time during the program, the recipient shall forfeit receipt of any incremental payment of a bonus not fully earned at the time of unemployment.","path":["Title 40 Human Services","Chapter 6.3 Bonus Program"],"source_url":"https://webserver.rilegislature.gov/Statutes/TITLE40/40-6.3/40-6.3-2.htm","current_through":"site files published 2025-08-13","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T19:59:25Z","sha256":"e637cc85f21fe553f2c3e29fc0430ae22f5fbd893ae51e06b84a244080a69486","source_id":"us-ri","stale":true,"prev":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-40-6.3-1","next":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-40-6.3-3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
