Laws § 40-8.15-6","heading":"Duty to represent all individual providers fairly — Deduction of membership dues and other voluntary deductions.","body":"(a) A provider organization certified as the provider representative shall represent all individual providers in the state fairly and without discrimination, without regard to whether or not the individual provider is a member of the provider organization.\n(b) Each individual provider may choose whether to be a member of the provider organization.
