Laws § 40-9-14","heading":"Application of receipts from business enterprises program.","body":"All receipts collected by the state department of human services as a result of the operation of the program shall be deposited with the general treasurer and are hereby appropriated to carry out the purposes of §§ 40-9-11 — 40-9-13.
