Laws § 40.1-2-27","heading":"Departmental seal.","body":"The department shall have a seal that shall have engraved thereon the words “Department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals, state of Rhode Island,” and the seal shall be affixed to all written contracts that the department is authorized and directed to make under the provisions of this chapter, and those contracts shall be signed by the director of the department.
