Laws § 40.1-27-5","heading":"Physician’s report of examination — Duty of program.","body":"Whenever a program shall receive a report by a person other than a physician that a participant has been harmed as a result of abuse, neglect, or mistreatment, the program shall have the patient examined by a licensed physician.
