Laws § 41-5-3","heading":"Application for license.","body":"The division of gaming and athletics licensing, in the discretion of its chairperson or other officer charged with the enforcement of this chapter, may require any person applying for a license to furnish such information and references as it may desire. Applications for the license shall be accompanied by a fee of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than eight hundred dollars ($800), as the division shall fix.
