Laws § 42-105-6","heading":"Transfer of assets, rights, and responsibilities.","body":"All assets presently held by the Newport and Bristol tourism and convention authority are transferred to the corporation created by this chapter. Assets include all property, tangible and intangible, whether located within or without the state.
