Laws § 42-113-8","heading":"Annual report.","body":"Prior to January 31 of each year, the board shall submit a report concerning its activities to the governor and legislative finance committees. The report shall include, but not be limited to, the following:\n(1) A list and description of activities funded by the board during the preceding year;\n(2) A list of contributions received by the board, whatever their form or nature, and the source of the contributions, unless anonymity is a condition of a particular contribution;\n(3) A full report of the board’s activities;\n(4) If more than seventy percent (70%) of the funds allocated by the board during the previous year were allocated to either one of the dual goals of this chapter, as established in § 42-113-2, the board shall set forth its reasons for allocating funds unequally between the two (2).","path":["Title 42 State Affairs and Government","Chapter 113 Rhode Island Housing and Conservation Trust Fund Act"],"source_url":"https://webserver.rilegislature.gov/Statutes/TITLE42/42-113/42-113-8.htm","current_through":"site files published 2025-08-13","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:00:09Z","sha256":"94fdafd19f708e4e1f2e5c9cffdee28d03a5aacae75fdbefd3ac8b8cc0295bb1","source_id":"us-ri","stale":true,"prev":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-42-113-7","next":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-42-113-9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
