Laws § 42-13-5","heading":"Severability.","body":"If any provision of this chapter and §§ 24-12-50, 31-10-19, 31-13-1, 39-18-2, 39-18-20, and 46-9-5 or of any rule or regulation made thereunder, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the act, rule, or regulation, and the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
