Laws § 42-28-49.1","heading":"Non-state agency reimbursements.","body":"There is hereby established within the general fund a restricted receipt account to be known as the “state police non-state-agency reimbursements” account. All revenues deposited into the account from non-state agencies shall be used to reimburse the state police for costs incurred in support of non-state agency programs and activities.
