Laws § 42-45-3","heading":"Officers of the historical preservation and heritage commission.","body":"The commission shall annually elect from its members a chairperson and secretary. Six (6) voting members of the commission shall constitute a quorum, and no vacancy in the membership of the commission shall impair the right of a quorum to exercise all the rights and perform all of the duties of the commission.
