Laws § 42-45-9.1","heading":"Historic preservation easement fund.","body":"It is hereby provided that the general treasurer establish a “historic preservation easement fund” for the purpose of receiving fees charged for acceptance of conservation easements. The historical preservation and heritage commission shall assess fees for acceptance of conservation easements.
