Laws § 42-63.2-1","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings:\n(1) “Child daycare facility” means a facility that requires a license from the department of children, youth and families under chapter 72.1 of this title.\n(2) “Director” means the director of the department of human services.\n(3) “Industrial park” means a tract of land that is developed and set aside exclusively for the use of two or more manufacturing, warehousing, or other non-retail commercial or industrial facilities.\n(4) “Nonprofit development corporation” means and includes: (i) a corporation organized pursuant to § 7-6-4(3), and (ii) an entity defined in § 42-34-6(5).","path":["Title 42 State Affairs and Government","Chapter 63.2 Child Daycare Facilities in Industrial Parks"],"source_url":"https://webserver.rilegislature.gov/Statutes/TITLE42/42-63.2/42-63.2-1.htm","current_through":"site files published 2025-08-13","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T19:59:56Z","sha256":"f7ca0edc6072b3a009e7f689b99b911b56443950d67ba86396c32aaf532bce01","source_id":"us-ri","stale":true,"prev":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-42-63.1-14.1","next":"us-ri/r.i.-gen.-laws-42-63.2-2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
