Laws § 42-72.8-3","heading":"Selection of grant recipients.","body":"(a) Grant awards shall be made by the department pursuant to its policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.\n(b) Cumulative grant awards shall not exceed available appropriations in any fiscal year.
