Laws § 45-21.2-4","heading":"Mode of administration.","body":"The optional retirement system established in this chapter is administered in the same manner provided in chapter 21 of this title; credits for prior service and collection of contributions are determined through reference to that chapter; provided, that where the provisions of that chapter conflict with this chapter, then the provision of this chapter control.
