Laws § 45-39.2-13","heading":"Alteration, amendment, or repeal — Severability.","body":"The right to alter, amend, or repeal this chapter is reserved to the state, but no such alteration, amendment, or repeal shall operate to impair the obligation of any contract made by the electric and water district under any power conferred by this chapter.
