Laws § 45-55-11","heading":"Responsibilities of bidders and offerors.","body":"(a) A written determination of responsibility of a bidder or offeror shall be made in accordance with regulations issued by the municipality.\n(b) A reasonable inquiry to determine the responsibility of a bidder or offeror may be conducted.
