Laws § 46-10-1","heading":"Appointment of town commissioners of wrecks and shipwrecked goods — Bond.","body":"The town council of every town, the territorial limits of which extend to the seashore, except the town of New Shoreham, shall annually appoint a commissioner of wrecks and shipwrecked goods, with power to appoint one or more deputies.
