Laws § 46-9-26","heading":"Penalty for violations.","body":"Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter, or any rule, regulation, or order issued by the commission pursuant thereto, shall be subject to a civil penalty, to be assessed by the commission, of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
