Laws § 47-14-3","heading":"Penalty for violations — Sale for consumption or by weight.","body":"Every person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined twenty dollars ($20.00) and forfeit one hundred dollars ($100), one-half (½) thereof to the use of the town and one-half (½) thereof to the use of the person who shall sue for the same.
