Laws § 5-19.1-4","heading":"State board of pharmacy — Meetings — Quorum — Chairperson.","body":"Members of the board shall meet at the times that it shall determine and as often as necessary to discharge the duties imposed upon it. The board shall elect a chairperson and a secretary from among its members annually in March. The simple majority of the board of pharmacy shall constitute a quorum.
