Laws § 5-44-20","heading":"Grounds for discipline without a hearing.","body":"With the approval of the director, the board may temporarily suspend the license of a psychologist without a hearing if the board finds that evidence in its possession indicates that a psychologist continuing in practice would constitute an immediate danger to the public.
