Laws § 5-65-23","heading":"Registration required as part of bidding process.","body":"Whenever any bid is solicited by the state or any municipality or private party in the state of Rhode Island, the registration and/or license number of any bidder who is a contractor required to be registered and/or licensed under the laws of the state of Rhode Island shall be provided by the bidder.
