Laws § 6-13-19","heading":"Requiring consumers to furnish social security numbers.","body":"No person, firm, corporation, or other business entity that offers discount cards for purchases made at any business maintained by the offeror shall require that a consumer of goods who applies for a discount card furnish all or part of his or her social security number as a condition precedent to the application for the consumer discount card.
