Laws § 6-38-5","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, or joint stock association which violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty of not less than five hundred dollars ($500), nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), for each and every offense.
