Code Ann. § 10-11-120","heading":"Penalties.","body":"The violation of any of the provisions of SECTIONS 10-11-40 to 10-11-60 and subsection (2) of SECTION 10-11-80 shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, the offender shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than thirty days.
