Code Ann. § 10-9-230","heading":"Penalty for violation of SECTION 10-9-220.","body":"Any person violating Section 10-9-220 shall forfeit to the State the sum of ten dollars for each and every ton of phosphate rock or phosphatic deposit so purchased or received, to be recovered by action in any court of competent jurisdiction.
