Code Ann. § 11-3-100","heading":"Books of Treasurer; report to General Assembly.","body":"The Comptroller General shall keep a set of books exhibiting the separate transactions of the State Treasury. Such set of books shall be a transcript of the books of the Treasury, constituting a complete check upon that office.
