Code Ann. § 11-35-2740","heading":"Relationship with using agencies.","body":"The chief procurement officers shall obtain advice and assistance from the personnel of the using agencies in the development of specifications, whether through user committees or through the advisory committees, and may delegate in writing to a using agency the authority to prepare and utilize its own specifications.
