Code Ann. § 11-46-40","heading":"Annual report; contents.","body":"The South Carolina Research Authority shall submit an annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly containing at a minimum the following:\n(1) the total amount of monies placed in the fund in a fiscal year and the total amount of monies granted from the fund in a fiscal year;\n(2) a list of the applicants that received grants and the applicants' stated objectives;\n(3) an audit of the activities conducted by the applicants;\n(4) the monies used by the authority for administration and management, which may not exceed two hundred thousand dollars annually, and the percentage of each grant used for administration and management;\n(5) the progress achieved by the authority and the fund in creating a sustainable foundation upon which a hydrogen economy may develop across the State; and\n(6) the certified gross profits earned by grant recipients provided pursuant to Section 11-46-60.","path":["Title 11 - PUBLIC FINANCE","CHAPTER 46 South Carolina Hydrogen Infrastructure Development Act"],"source_url":"https://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t11c046.php","current_through":"2025 Session of the General Assembly","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T06:33:34Z","sha256":"2947bf280f81cdff33ee66daf9c4f8f1e42b9cae71b09951c4e3de6cb8545c86","source_id":"us-sc","stale":false,"prev":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-11-46-30","next":"us-sc/s.c.-code-ann.-11-46-50"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
