Code Ann. § 12-21-2742","heading":"Confiscation of unlicensed machine, device, etc.","body":"In addition to the penalties above provided, any machine, apparatus, billiard, or pocket billiard table not having attached thereto the required license, or which is improperly licensed, must be seized and confiscated by the department, its agents or employees, and sold at public auction after thirty days' advertisement.
